Lady Julia Osborne’s expectations of her third season are really very simple. Make a few appearances, avoid her many suitors, and most important of all, spend time with her sister before escaping back to the country. The end. What she doesn’t expect is for her spinster aunt to arrive last minute to act as her chaperone with a list of eligible bachelors as long as the lorgnette she wields.
